- Modeled after the actual exam, the practice test is timed for 3 hours (you can log out and back in for a total of 3 hours for up to 30 days) and contains 75 exam questions* from the IBC, IRC, IECC and OSHA. MA test takers will also get questions from 781CMR - Massachusetts Amendments, 225CMR Stretch Energy Code, and 521CMR - Architectural Access Board (AAB). Questions are randomized for each individual test. You will receive immediate results and feedback on incorrect answers. $29.95 per test
*We are in the process of updating the practice exam to include current categories from the real exam. You will get 90 total questions in the practice test and your 70% correct will be out of a possible 119% or so. It will be corrected back to 75 questions and 70/100% once the update is complete.
